I am a fully trained EMDR (trauma) psychotherapist through The EMDR Insitute. ACT, MI, CBT along with DBT are all evidenced-based practices I use with ease. I am in the process of bringing tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique) into my work to increase somatic healing. I understand addiction and help people who are motivated to get and stay sober.
