I am an LCSW working towards my certification in Emotionally Focused Therapy. EFT is a dynamic and active technique, supported by extensive research that fosters a healthier and more expansive sense of self and others. EFT is attachment-based and gets to the root of personal and relationship problems without judgment or taking sides.
