Most people come upon a time when personal, family or relationship issues become overwhelming. My approach is to provide a safe, confidential space where clients feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and experiences. There is no one-size-fits-all approach. I provide therapy that is tailor-made for whatever you are facing. With individuals, I treat depression and anxiety, OCD, trauma, and serious mental illnesses. If you aren’t sure what might be wrong but feel you need support, we can figure it out together. Through couples therapy, I can help with communication challenges and help improve the lives of everyone in the household.
I also work with children, teenagers, and young adults. I have significant experience with ADHD, twice-exceptionality, depression, anxiety, and self-harm as well as working through the social and emotional challenges that all children face. I partner with parents to help the child and can also advocate for the child at their school.
I’ve had great success with CBT, DBT, and EMDR and, using a strengths-based approach, encourage deep and meaningful conversation. I’m available to meet in person and/or virtually and am accepting new clients.
