Are you looking for a therapist for you or your child experienced in ADHD, Autism, Anxiety or Depressive Disorders? Someone who gets you, or your child? We focus on building safety and connection collaboratively. Feeling overwhelmed by stress, social interaction, or mood fluctuations is difficult. We use play therapy for kids, CBT, IFS, & more for adults, preferring to custom fit a form of therapy/therapies to our clients. We are inclusive, supportive, compassionate, and can be trusted to offer exceptional mental wellness care. Accepting clients for therapy in Edmond or online, all ages.
While building a sense of safety, connection, and understanding, we allow you a safe play to explore your world. Our therapists see children, teens and adults. We love expressive art therapies and play as a great tool in communicating one’s thoughts and feelings and more so when used as an instrument for clients that are unable to verbalize. Email us!
