I help my clients gain clarity on who they are, what they want, and how to explain it to others by asking them questions to unlock doors they didn't even know were there. You talk, I listen. I point out reoccurring themes I notice in our sessions, perfectionism comes up a lot for my clients, and we explore whether or not those beliefs are helpful to you. If they aren't, we explore your beliefs and find another point of view, another perspective that is also true but helpful and nourishing for you. I like pointing out your strengths and reminding you of your past successes and skills which can be applied to your current challenges.
