Life transitions and stressors can be difficult and cause trouble for all of us as we move through them. I have a collaborative, supportive approach to therapy, and assist clients in gaining insight and skills in order to achieve their goals. I provide psychotherapy to both adults and teens, as well as couples. I help my clients process through and better cope with life stressors, such as relationship issues, family dynamics (past and present), career stressors, infertility and grief and loss.
I provide an integrative approach to treatment that utilizes a variety of techniques & theoretical modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy & Dialectical Behavioral therapy therapy in order to help my clients decrease their symptoms of Anxiety, Depression, Trauma and life stress, and improve to their communication skills.
