I have extensive experience working with youth and young adults. am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Life Coach and a NC Licensed School Counselor. I like to incorporate Positive Psychology & Humor into my sessions. I believe nature can be healing, so I offer Nature Therapy sessions...therapy outdoors! I offer evening and weekend sessions as well. Don't Have Insurance? I offer a discounted self-pay rate for clients without insurance:)
