We can talk about faith directly or simply let Christian values guide our sessions. Life can be overwhelming whether you are a teenager managing social anxiety and making new friends or an adult going through the loss of a loved one. We all struggle with life at some point and reaching out for help can be overwhelming so know I understand this and want to help.
I have years of experience working with clients who struggle with addiction. I also enjoy helping client's overcome anxiety, depression, family issues, and stress. I commonly use CBT, DBT, and EMDR but will add in other therapy types in order to customize your care.
