I am EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) trained, which is a very beneficial form of treatment for trauma related issues. I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, and perinatal mood disorders. I have received advanced training in treating perinatal mental health concerns.
