Helping people with OCD and Anxiety is my passion! My background is varied and includes experience treating a variety of mental health conditions, but I knew I had found my niche once I started working with OCD and Anxiety clients. My approach is one built on trust and honesty. I like to create an environment in which clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors so that we can work towards their goals. I am action-oriented and enjoy supporting clients of all ages to increase self-efficacy and build better, more meaningful lives.
I incorporate a client-centered approach that uses both Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy to help clients work through difficult times. It is also extremely important to me that I take the time to build a strong therapeutic relationship with each of my clients.
I understand how difficult it can be to take the first step in asking for help. My goal as a therapist is to empower my clients to set and achieve the goals that they feel would benefit their life.
