I'm passionate about working with couples. More than ever, relationship stressors and everyday issues can undermine connection, and result in couples feeling frustrated, stuck, confused and alone. Working together, we'll uncover and transform these negative cycles of interaction into positive experiences, where collaboration about differences, intimacy and joy are possible.
I also enjoy working with individual clients to build upon strengths, as we explore and repair current or past challenges. These challenges can include trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, infertility and family struggles.
My goal in working with all clients is to create an atmosphere of collaboration, safety and hope. I am a seasoned therapist with advanced certifications as a therapist and supervisor in several areas, including EFT for Couples and with the AAMFT. As such, I teach both emerging and experienced therapists in couples/family and individual therapy models.
