I am here to provide guidance and support as we navigate through the challenges and fears that life may bring, including grief, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and body image concerns. My goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can freely express themselves and feel heard.
My approach is centered around meeting my clients at their current stage and determining the most effective method for them. I incorporate elements of Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Therapy to create a comprehensive treatment plan.
