Trained as a Clinical Psychologist in Sydney, Australia, I have over 26 years of experience in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and now work as a Mental Health Counselor in Boston. My primary goal is to create a safe therapeutic space that promotes growth by helping you alleviate your presenting issues and reach an understanding of how to resolve the complexities of emotional distress. I believe in working holistically by collaborating with parents to support their understanding of their children’s difficulties, providing solution-based interventions and a toolbox of skills.
