The decision to seek therapy is usually at a difficult time in ones life. It isn't always easy, but can be life changing. As a therapist my main goal is establish a healthy therapeutic relationship with my clients. In my practice I work primarily with addictions (gambling/alcohol) and the effects on the individual and the family. I also work with individuals dealing depression, anxiety, women's issues, as well as those struggling in their relationship/marriage.
