I love working with teens, young adults, and adults. I specialize in working with trauma/PTSD, self-worth issues, depression, anxiety, and recovery from verbal/emotional abuse. I use EMDR, ACT, and CPT to best meet the needs of my clients. I always strive to see the people I work with through a strengths-based, compassionate lens.
