I'm passionate about walking alongside those facing unique personal battles. Without help, it may seem crippling to endure these challenges. I've worked with students, adults, military, first responders, LGBTQ+, families and individuals confronted by anxiety, depression, obsessive behaviors, trauma, PTSD, abuse and more. I have been honored to work with diverse populations, including first responders and military. Additionally, throughout the COVID pandemic adolescent distress has escalated; consequently, I am devoted to offer safe clinical support that encourages self-discovery while recognizing personal value.

I earned a master’s degree from Liberty University as a Mental Health professional and am board certified as a Nationally Certified Counselor. I utilize clinically appropriate techniques such as mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral interventions, play therapy, sand tray therapy and am practiced in EMDR.

Freedom from feeling "stuck" can be experienced when working collectively with a trusted clinician and I feel that this opportunity should be accessible to every individual. I am currently taking new clients for in-person or virtual sessions. I also provide family and group therapy in a safe trusted environment and encourage all to simply come as they are.

Serving our heroes is an honor and a challenge. Throughout the journey there are highs and lows, but strength amongst these spouses will remain, even when strength is hard to acknowledge. The Spouse's Group is held in a supportive environment and addresses stress reduction, coping skills and celebration amongst other relatable spouses. Together, the group will experience empowerment as they mend the ones who feel broken and encourage one another to sustain. You are alone.

The struggles that our teenagers are facing today is unlike any other time in our society. The COVID-19 Pandemic has challenged how they socialize, participate in school, cope through daily stress and handle fear. They are not alone in this fight. We offer: a 5th-8th grade in person group, an in-person group for high school age teens, a Telehealth group for high schoolers who feel more comfortable at home, and an LGBTQ in-person group.
