Heidi has an MA in Counseling. Heidi also has a certification in LLPC supervision in compliance with the State of Michigan. Experienced in narcissistic abuse and trauma. LGBTQ trained and sensitive. Heidi is an ARMY mom so she has a big place in her heart for helping military families.
Our practice is designed to assist individuals towards positive change using a treatment plan unique to them. We utilize evidence based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. Intertwined in those therapy modalities is a person centered approach.
