Hello there! I'm Heidi and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in licensed to practice in both Arizona and California. I am a cognitive behavioral therapist, and I enjoy working with adolescents, teens and adults who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, anger, grief or relationship issues.
