I currently work with individual adults, preteens, and teenagers. Some of the topics that I support my clients with are: understanding and managing anxiety and depression, difficulties with emotional regulation, relationship challenges, processing adverse childhood experiences and childhood trauma, and supporting clients through grief and loss. As your therapist, my priority is making sure you feel safe and deeply heard. I will follow your needs and work collaboratively with you to make sure you are getting what you desire from therapy.
I use my background in Expressive Arts Therapy, humor and levity, and my understanding of how systems of oppression impact individuals and their wider community to inform my work as a therapist.
