I’m here to support and guide you while navigating what feels overwhelming and difficult right now. I work with ages 18+ struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, or coping with life transitions such as starting college, a new career, break-ups/divorce, loss of a loved one and healthfully navigating relationship issues. I also have 9 years experience supporting transgender folx- providing a safe, affirming space.
I use curiosity and open mindedness in uncovering your unique healing journey with gentleness and efficiency. I will help you to bring light to forgotten or unclaimed parts of yourself, and guide you in identifying the practical aspects that are needed for sustaining your long term mental health.
In our work together, you can expect to connect with your core self in a deeper way. If you are confused, I will support and guide you to discover your truth. You'll learn to access and connect with your internal strength- allowing for clarity, hope and peace in the present.
