Hello. Many people seek a therapist when they’re feeling stuck, are in the middle of a change, want to challenge their growth edge, or feeling alone or disconnected. Internal and external dynamics contribute to a sense of discomfort and innumerable signs and symptoms, which are meant to catch our attention. My approach to therapy is to support and guide you to listen deeply to the meaning of those experiences, increase your sense of connection to yourself and others, and build practices that strengthen your willingness and ability to access ease, connection, and compassion.
My orientation to therapy and healing is intricate and integrated, as I believe this reflects the journey of human growth and development. I find working with couples especially rewarding. I view the journey we share in therapy and on this planet as sacred and approach it with gratitude. I am excited to see with whom I cross paths.
In addition to my clinical training. I have an array of profound and dialectic personal experiences. I live with my wife and a number of family members on land we collectively own, maintain, and use to support our individual and collective dreams. We do a little farming, currently have 50 chicken residents, and enjoy sharing meals, companionship, and work.
