I have a passion for working with people through difficult times. You may be feeling anxious, sad, stuck, or overwhelmed. You may have challenges in relationships, with work or school, suffer from previous trauma and outdated coping strategies, or you may be dealing with difficult life circumstances. I believe every person has innate capacities for healing, growth, connection and joy. I create a safe space to explore your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. My approach is warm, humorous, and open-minded. Feel free to show up exactly as you are, as an individual or as a couple. We can unpack where you're at and create a life you love.
My approach is psychodynamic, person-centered and culturally sensitive. I believe in the healing power of the client-therapist relationship. I draw on attachment theory, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, emotion-focused couples therapy, mindfulness, and narrative therapy (you are the hero of your own story!).
Reaching out for therapy takes courage and thoughtfulness.
