I offer holistic and integrative approaches to heal trauma wounds. I specialize in helping young adults navigate adulthood, whether it be their job, college, breakups, relationships, friendships, social stress, academic stress, past traumas. I also work with adults of any age who have job/career stress, relationship stress, or parenting stress.
I welcome you to my healing space in Lawrence Ks. My space is safe and my goal is for you to feel safe and comfortable, even when talking about uncomfortable things. I will never push things that you aren't ready to process or talk about. I provide coffee, fidgets, stress balls, adult coloring books, and pillows to hug for your comfort.
