Heather has specialized training as it relates to perinatal mental health counseling and is certified through Postpartum Support International as a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Counselor (PMH-C). Heather often works with first time moms, postpartum depression/anxiety moms, pregnancy loss, and parents who desire to 'Gentle Parent'.
