I specialize in working with clients who are overwhelmed with life’s challenges and tend to shut down. I help my clients understand their triggers and find new coping, hope, and healing. Together we will develop new ways to react to life’s challenges. I will help you practice skills to get you unstuck and on the path to living the life you want.
I am trained in several modalities that can facilitate healing around negative past experiences. I’ll create a tailored plan based on your needs that may include healing your neuro-pathways, identifying unhealthy patterns, and developing new coping. I have been trained in Brainspotting as well as Cognitive Processing Therapy.
