This group is for those who are anticipating the loss of a loved one. This space of anticipation is so unique and complicated many minimize it though as just part of the situation. Come and talk to others who understand the grief and exhaustion, the thoughts of relief and the confusing emotions. Most people are trying to be strong for their families but you do not have to be strong here, just come and be with people who get it.

Most people do not understand the aftershock a survivor of sexual trauma experiences. The anger, fear, confusion, general sadness or fear. We do. Come and talk when you're ready...or don't talk at all and receive that you are not alone. There is a way through it but if you could do it on your own, you would have already. Virtual and in person groups available depending on your comfort and preference.
