As a therapist, I believe in a client-centered approach. I guide my clients with education and resources that they can implement to improve their well-being and have experience working with both children and adults ranging from 6 to 65 years old. Working in a variety of settings including group private practice, EAP, and at a non-profit as a school/community-based therapist helped me gain experience with a wide range of people from different socioeconomic statuses, different ages, different genders, and different cultures.
I use the following modalities depending on each client and their needs: EMDR, CBT, psycho-education, talk therapy, somatic approaches, mindfulness, play therapy, narrative therapy, and DBT.
