My ideal client is someone who has experienced trauma, whether in childhood or within their relationships, and is seeking to heal from its lingering effects. Their issues often include feelings of shame, guilt, self-blame, or an inability to trust others or themselves. They may struggle with anxiety, depression, or self-sabotaging behaviors that stem from unresolved trauma. Their needs include a safe space where they can process their emotions without fear of judgment, tools to manage the overwhelming feelings that arise, and guidance on how to rebuild their sense of self-worth and trust in others.
I help individuals heal from trauma by providing a compassionate, structured, and empowering therapeutic space. My specialty is working with childhood trauma and relationship trauma. I use a combination of evidence-based techniques such as EMDR and attachment-based therapy, tailoring my sessions to meet the individual where they are.
Healing is a journey, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. Whether you’re struggling to cope with unresolved childhood wounds or you’ve experienced relationship trauma that leaves you feeling disconnected and unsafe, I’m here to help. Together, we can work toward healing those deep-rooted hurts and help you regain control over your life and your future.
