This ten-week group gives a basic introduction to the four Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) focus areas: mindfulness, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and emotion regulation. Please note this is an introduction to DBT. Each focus area will be discussed with practice suggestions over two sessions, for a total of eight sessions. Sessions one and ten will be for introducing the group, basic concepts, closing out the group and wrap up. THIS IS AN ONLINE, AGE 18+ GROUP. 4-6 persons total. $70-$80 per session, 75 minute group sessions. Please contact me for more info.

Online Social Anxiety Skills Group

This is a weekly, online, sixty minute, small group (max 6 individuals) focused on practicing interpersonal skills to aid with reducing anxiety and building confidence talking to others. We will identify our communication type, discuss myths surrounding effective relationships, learn ways of validating others, and use in-the-moment anxiety reduction practices prior to engaging each other in prompted conversations via break outs each week. There will be space for kind and effective feedback after each group. This is an eight week group.
