I work primarily with teens, their families and young adults. I use an eclectic positive approach, customizing my sessions to my clients’ needs. I’m a believer in humor, artistic expression and creative problem solving.
I am able to address issues pertinent to teens and their families, including depression, anxiety (including OCD), anger management, self-harming behaviors, teen dating violence, peer and intimate relationships, parent/child relationships, parent support, family dynamics including divorce and blended family issues and life transitions.
I am also a credentialed school counselor and understand the challenges our teens face in today's high schools.
