My therapy approach is intuitive and insight-oriented to help clients heal from themes and patterns no longer serving them. I help clients navigate anxiety, self-esteem, depression, trauma, perinatal/women’s health, ADHD, relationships, and find purpose in life. I use integrative approaches, mindfulness, somatic work, DBT, and evidenced-based therapies.
