Just as each individual is different, so is the approve to treatment. With couples I use emotionally focused couples therapy to help each member of the relationship get a deeper understanding of themselves and their needs as well as the needs of their partner. With individuals I use a mixture of education, and differentiated intervention to foster growth.
With the understanding that beliefs are a deeply personal practice, and I invite people with all beliefs, backgrounds, and orientations to session.
