Whether you are dealing with depression, trauma, hopelessness, racing thoughts, difficulty concentrating, relationship issues, or other concerns, I provide a trusting relationship in a judgement free atmosphere where I can help you achieve wellness.
I have experience working with adolescents, adults, and couples in a therapeutic setting. I use a multidisciplinary therapeutic approach that is specific to your needs and goals, including the use of mindfulness, motivational interviewing, education, interpersonal, trauma informed, cognitive behavioral, emotion focused, and solution focused therapies.
My team and I are currently accepting new clients of all ages, both in person and through Telehealth. By offering both options for care you can decide what best suits your life and needs.
