I have 10 years of experience working with children and teens ranging from preschool aged to high school as a School Social Worker. Through my career, I have developed a strong passion to not only advocate for individuals, but to also incorporate wellness and mindfulness into my practice.
Much of my work has encompassed helping individuals to build a positive sense of self as well as a focus on one's strengths and individuality. I have experience with Anxiety/Depression, Mindfulness/Yoga, Social Skills, ADHD, Emotional Regulation as well as Learning/School related difficulties.
I am a firm believer in taking a strengths based approach in my practice while providing a safe and supportive space for individuals to express themselves and be their truest self.
