I am a trauma-informed therapist supporting individuals navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, conflict, codependency, grief/loss, and life transitions.
My approach is relational and strengths-based. I view therapy as a collaborative and creative process. I draw from a variety of techniques, including Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Somatic Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
