I work with children (5+), teens, young adults and beyond. My therapeutic focus is in neurodiversity, grief, transitional times in life, anxiety and depression. I use research-based treatment practices including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) as well as Art and Play Therapy. Each client has unique needs, and I am here to assist you find which modalities work best for you. I am committed to providing a comfortable space where all of my clients feel welcome and supported.
My background as an artist and yoga teacher has significantly informed my perspective and approach as a therapist. I employ strengths-based methodologies, focusing on emotional regulation through mindfulness, breath work and movement techniques. I like to use art and play therapies whenever possible with clients of all ages.
Corazon Holistic Health provides additional services to help you reach optimal mental and physical wellbeing. Weekly yoga classes are offered onsite. I strongly believe that a holistic approach is the most effective treatment path and use both Eastern and Western modalities in my practice.
