Drawing on over 15 years of experience and firm foundations in psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, behavioral, and expressive techniques I endeavor to work collaboratively with my clients to understand them, their needs and goals, and to support them with a combination of techniques that provides the best fit. I strive to create a warm and accepting environment where we can work towards your goals together.
I have duel specialties in child/adolescent and adult psychotherapy and extensive experience providing long and short-term therapy to clients ranging from young children to older adults. I have worked with a range of difficulties including ADHD, mood and anxiety disorders, OCD, grief, trauma, chronic illness and other life stressors.
Over the past five years I have also gained experience and advanced training in reproductive psychology working with adults and couples coping with infertility, pregnancy loss, peripartum stress and assisted reproduction journeys. I am also LGBTQ+ affirming and have extensive experience supporting clients with gender dysphoria and exploring gender identity
