I work well with people experiencing relationship issues, life transitions, adjustment to college, anxiety, and depression. I also have a specialty doing parent guidance work for parents of adolescents.
I believe that good therapy leads people to a deeper understanding of themselves, and to the discovery of new paths for a more gratifying life.
