Cognitive Behavioral, Psychoanalytic, and Dialectic Behavioral theories and technique are used as needed. Some describe my work as holistic or eclectic. My approach is based on YOUR NEEDS, as an individual or family, case by case. Using solution focused techniques, I work with your strengths to build your dreams.
