I have over 12 years’ experience working with children and adolescents, ages 5-18, and adults of all ages from diverse backgrounds for either individual or family sessions. I have worked with people dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, adjustment disorders, mood disorders, trauma, and post-traumatic stress disorder.
I utilize a strength-based approach to guide clients in connecting with their core values and living their most authentic life. My calming, client centered focus includes using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Eye Movement De-sensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
