I am passionate about connecting, supporting and validating clients through life's challenges. I recognize that the world can be a difficult place at times, and everyone can use encouragement, the ability to gain insight, and inspiration. My goal is to work with clients to recognize that the critical voice in your head isn't actually telling the truth. It can be tricky to believe in yourself and find your inner strength when your head tells you the opposite! I like helping clients find their authentic inner voice, that inspires positivity, empowerment, and the ability to believe in the goodness within all of us.
Being a life long learner, I continue to develop new tools and resources. I appreciate being able to hone in on each person's feelings, needs and goals. I bring open curiosity to each client. Therapy is a unique journey for each person. I bring a strong passion for mindfulness and self compassion to support clients to be the best version of themselves.
Having a second Master's degree focusing on Hospice and Palliative Care gives me a very strong sense of compassion and empowerment for each patient, and allows me to support them in finding that for themselves. I have experience with grief, ADHD, ASD, LBGQT, and working with women in finding their own sense of self-compassion, self-esteem, and empowerment.
