What if you were given the opportunity to rewrite your past? What would you change? What would you keep the same? I believe everyone can take their power back and make way for their own personal growth. In order to grow, we must first find peace in healing. Together, we will utilize Narrative Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you meet your goals and find personal growth. In the beginning of our journey together, we will explore the issues that you would like to address to create a purpose driven and safe environment for us to unpack together.
I am an LPC and CADC Intern with 10 years’ experience working with diverse populations to overcome struggles with depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, self-esteem, and general life transitions. I enjoy working with individuals ages 13+, couples, and families. I also enjoy incorporating faith-based counseling at the request of my clients when appropriate.
Whether you have been in therapy before or this is your first step in finding someone to talk to, the search for a new therapist can be overwhelming. Set up a free discovery call to see if we would be a great fit!

Body Image Support Group
Join us as we explore meaningful, healthy discussions about positive body image, self-confidence, self-esteem, mental health, balanced nutrition, mindful eating, and more. Together, during this hour, we will leave the toxicity of society behind and practice healthy and effective skills that serve us well. This weekly support group is led from a CBT and DBT lens to create a safe space to navigate these difficult conversations. With experience working with individuals struggling with healthy relationships with their body, Heather can provide a mindful and gentle approach in facilitating connection and empathy for individuals struggling with body image.
