I am a holistic, wellness-oriented counselor specializing in assistance with an assortment of issues. I practice from a wellness perspective and utilize a solution focused approach aimed at helping individuals recognize their personal strengths through growth and self-discovery all while working toward a healthy mind, body and spirit.
In addition to counseling individuals with difficulties associated with trauma, grief and loss, anxiety and depression, and domestic violence and abuse, I have extensive experience working with emerging adults who have a diagnosed learning disability, Autism, Asperger's Syndrome, as well as a variety of physical disabilities.
