I am a licensed psychologist with experience in evaluating infants, toddlers, and school-age children addressing questions and concerns including autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, learning disabilities, speech/language delays, and developmental disorders. I also provide individualized, evidence-based treatment for adults with anxiety/panic disorders, depression, communication, anger management, coping skills, and parenting stress. I'm committed to helping individuals become the best version of themselves by identifying thoughts and behaviors that are hindering them from living a more meaningful and value-based life.
I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which involves identifying thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that are keeping you in your current state of mind. I also use other evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBST). I offer virtual and in-person sessions.
