I have been in practice since 2008 in a variety of settings. While able to work with a wide range of issues, I specialize in anxiety, depression, and trauma. I offer a practical approach often suggesting books, worksheets and journaling to help bridge the gap between appointments. Common topics include codependence, boundaries, work/life balance and purpose.
I offer daytime and afternoon appointments Monday - Friday. Virtual sessions allow for zero commute and the ability to remain in your own space while exploring painful or intense thoughts and emotions.
