I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I love working with individuals (8+), couples, and families. I also offer ADHD evaluations. People can change and grow no matter how long they have felt stuck, or what has happened in their past; I watch them do it everyday!
I can help in two ways. First, using ACT, CBT, and Attachment theory, I offer therapy sessions that can lift the weight that often comes with anxiety, depression, grief, abuse, trauma, divorce, and other issues. Second, if you're you concerned that your child might have ADHD, I offer complete evaluations to ensure an accurate diagnosis and treatment.
