And, sometimes, it's hard to define in words. For many of us, it's knowing we want to change and grow, but it's also frightening. Fortunately, we don't have to do it alone.
I approach working with others from a growth mindset, instilled with a strong value on learning and emphasis on flexibility - there is no "one size fits all." Each of us has different struggles; I aim to combine educational and therapeutic techniques that help clients gain the knowledge, motivation, and encouragement necessary to promote their growth.
