Hello! I'm Heather Hopkins, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My focus as a therapist is to meet you where you're at and help you get to where you want to be. I use a client-centered approach to ensure you feel comfortable, included, and empowered in your therapy experience.
My goal is for you to gain understanding, insight, and effective coping skills to begin making positive changes to overcome challenges you are currently faced with. I will help to provide you with tools and coping mechanisms to feel empowered to move forward in your journey.
