As a sex-positive therapist, my goal is to help clients create authentic and rewarding relationships and sex lives. I can help you address a wide range of sexual concerns such as addressing mismatched sexual desire, low libido, performance anxiety, sexual dysfunction, healing sexual trauma, recovering from infidelity, increasing intimacy, developing communication skills, improving connection, resolving conflict, treating out of control sexual behavior, reconciling conflicting identities, reprocessing beliefs about sexuality, and improving medical or age-related sexual problems. As a sex-positive therapist, I respect all forms of consensual sexual activities and alternative lifestyles. I have extensive knowledge about nonmonogamy, polyamory, kink, BDSM, AB/DL, DDLG, age play, and power-exchange relationships.
As an LMFT, my specialization lies in working with LGBTQIA+ couples and families. I enjoy assisting clients in exploring their identities, navigating the social transition process, and supporting those who are grappling with others' reactions.
