Hi Everyone, I am a Resident in Counseling providing counseling services via telehealth and in person at the Healthy Minds Therapy Alexandria location. I have experience working with teens and adults in residential and outpatient settings in crisis. I currently specialize in domestic violence & emotional abuse, self esteem, depression/anxiety and disordered eating.
As therapy is different for everyone, I work from a client centered lens & use a strength based approach and evidence based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
My goal is to help my clients find their inner strength, be proud of who they are and see the value they bring to the world. I want therapy to be a space where my clients can express their feelings and thoughts freely.
